An APS rigging and rope access team deployed to the SLC Henderson assembly yard to demonstrate a simulated scenario on how the brace beam would be installed from a barge to the Casson using advanced rigging methods and rope access.
In attendance were SLC Management and Chevron Health and Safety representatives.
The demonstration was a great success, and the APS rigging and rope access crews were dispatched to Barrow Island, where numerous brace beams were installed and removed.
