APS is proud to have successfully delivered a three-lane truck lining scaffold for Delcon Civil as part of the Laing O’Rourke (SRL East Initial and Early works package).

APS Delivers Precision Scaffolding for SRL Project
The Scope:

This scaffold scope required a meticulous approach, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency at every stage.
Led by Steve Reed, the APS team collaborated closely with the client to design and execute a scaffolding solution that met multiple operational requirements. The in-house engineering and drafting team played a crucial role in creating a structure that allowed trucks to pass through seamlessly while providing the necessary access for safe and effective lining.
Key Features of the Scaffold:

- Heavy-duty rating, even across 8m bridge sections between grounded scaffolds
- 15kN rescue kit capacity on bridge sections for enhanced safety
- Ladders and hatches on all bridges for safe entry and exit
- Strategically placed loading bays for smooth material handling
- Integrated sun/shade areas to improve worker conditions, reducing fatigue and health risks.
Exceeding Clients Expectations:

The scaffolding was expertly erected by APS scaffolders, led by Alan Grady (Leading Hand), who ensured the project was delivered on time and to the highest safety standards.
“This project required pinpoint accuracy in design and execution,” said an APS spokesperson. “Our team worked diligently to create a scaffolding solution that not only met, but exceeded, the client’s expectations.”
APS is proud to have played a key role in the SRL East early works, reinforcing our reputation for delivering innovative, safe, and efficient scaffolding solutions.
