Here in the APS scaffold division, we pride ourselves on being one big happy family. The Roberts Family: A Testament to Dedication
A prime example of our family-oriented workforce is the Roberts family, with three dedicated members: Nigel, Cody, and Andy. Together, they bring over 20 years of service to APS, playing a crucial role in the scaffold division.
**Nigel Roberts** (left) has been a cornerstone of the team, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience. His commitment to safety and excellence has set a high standard for the entire division.
**Cody Roberts** (middle) represents the next generation of scaffolders. Learning from two of Melbourne’s most experienced scaffolders—his father Andy and uncle Nigel—Cody has the unique privilege of benefiting from their combined 50 years of expertise. This mentorship has shaped Cody into a skilled and reliable member of the APS team.
**Andy Roberts** (right), Cody’s father, is another pillar of our division. With decades of hands-on experience, Andy’s contributions have been invaluable. His dedication to the job and his family exemplifies the values we hold dear at APS.
